*Approximately two shifts per week*
SATURDAY SHIFT MANDATORY
Shifts include:
Monday-Thursday 6:45am-3:30pm
Friday-Sunday 6:30am-3:30pm
Wednesday Dinner Shift: 3:30pm-8:30pm
Occasional private party shifts.

We are growing & are in need a position filled on our roster.
Prep cooks and dishwashers play a vital role in the kitchen. They keep the kitchen clean and organized by washing dishes, sanitizing workstations, and maintaining kitchen equipment. They also assist with food preparation by chopping vegetables, preparing ingredients, and even cooking at times. Additionally, they manage inventory by stocking and maintaining food storage shelves. As one expert puts it, "Prep cooks and dishwashers are the backbone of the kitchen, ensuring everything runs smoothly."
Dishwasher/Prep cooks are a vital role in the success of the kitchen. These tasks contribute to the larger job of keeping the kitchen running smoothly and efficiently.

Operate many kitchen appliances and machines including fryers, grinders, food processors, mixers, and slicers.

Perform basic cooking duties such as operate fryers, flat tops & waffle irons as well as assist cooks in any way need with entrees.

Receive, prepare and plate orders using commercial grills, fryers, ovens and stoves in a quick and consistent manner.

Prep food items and refrigerate appropriately, maintain cleanliness of restaurant, wash all dishes associate with the daily operations

Assist in the breakdown & kitchen cleanup process. Removal of cardboard, trash, sweeping & mopping.
WEEKENDS ARE MANDATORY. Shifts will be 6:30am-3:30pm on weekends.
Experience is a plus, but not mandatory. Training will be provided.
Pay will be based upon experience.
